This course is for anyone aged 19 or over.

What will you study

This programme aims to develop the knowledge and understanding relating to the work of cabin crew, including the duties carried out in the crew room.

You will learn:

  • the knowledge and skills required to respond to planned and unplanned emergencies on board aircraft
  • how to deal with all types of passenger requirements on board an aircraft
  • how to make passenger announcements and provide a cabin service, selling products and services to passengers, in a simulated environment

We will help to establish links with opportunities for roles with a variety of airlines, update your CV and practice presentation skills required for the industry.
