60 hours:

• 30 hours a week for 2 weeks
• 12 hours per week for 6 weeks

You will learn how to:

• Work effectively as part of a team
• Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
• Help customers choose products in a retail environment
• Deal with customers queries and complaints in a retail environment
• Process payments for purchases in a retail environment
• Reduce security risks in a retail environment
• Protect your own and others health and safety when working in a retail environment

This course will run remotely with an online classroom.

Students will need access to an internet enabled device to complete learning and assessments online.

This course will provide new knowledge, skills and behaviours to progress into employment within the retail sector.
