Who the course is for (eligibility and personal characteristics) | Residents in South Tyneside who do not hold a qualification in English up to a Level 2. This includes those in paid employment or in receipt of a welfare benefit. |
What you will study (key modules or content) | Functional Skills Qualifications in ICT provide learners with the essential knowledge, skills and understanding that will enable them to operate confidently, effectively, and independently in everyday life and into the workplace. They support learners and help with progression into employment and further study. |
