This qualification will support learners to develop the knowledge and skills required to work in a range of clinical healthcare support settings and in health and adult care environments.

It covers a wide range of areas including:

• dementia awareness
• mental health
• well-being
• supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care
• daily living needs
• healthcare procedures

Additionally

Level 2 Award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities - 88 GLH - 600/4041/5

This qualification provides learners with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills around supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

It is aimed at learners who support individuals with learning disabilities as part of their job role.

This qualification provides the knowledge to equip learners with an understanding of the health, social care, and children and young people's sector and their role within it.
