Attendance is: 

Monday 9.30am to 11.30am 

Tuesday 12.45am to 2.45pm 

Who the course is for

(Eligibility and personal characteristics)

Must be aged 19 or over, and have lived in the UK / EU for a minimum of three years.

For full funding, you must:

  • be aged 19 or over
  • receive any state benefit payment (evidence required)
  • be unemployed or working less than 16 hours
  • seeking employment

The Modern Maths Home Educators course will cover:

  • Paperwork 
  • Maths topics 
  • Curriculum cover 
  • Targets 
  • Exam process 

The course is part of our Multiply programme of maths courses. This is a national initiative to improve people's maths skills.

Entry requirements

This course is for anyone aged 19 or over.

Requirements of the course, for example personal protective equipment, tools, and materialsPlease check with the training provider.
Progression and careers

Learners can go on to study Functional Skills Maths, English, or Digital Skills. 

Learners will be supported in applying for vocational courses and / or career opportunities.
